If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We've got you covered.

Returning a product is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team: Reach out to our friendly customer support team via email at orders@gopreparedsurvival.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
  2. Package the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, making sure it is securely sealed.
  3. Ship it back: Use a reliable shipping service to send the package back to us. Don't forget to include the return authorization number on the package.
  4. Receive your refund or exchange: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product. Once the inspection is complete, we will then process your refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Any defective products will ship free both ways. 

It's important to note that some items may be subject to specific return policies due to their nature.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are non-refundable. These include:

  • Perishable goods, such as food and water kits, unused or opened.
  • Gift cards.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective.
