Free Shipping: All orders $35.00 and up are eligible for U.S. only free shipping. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) . All of our shipments have tracking confirmation, some methods are slower than others. While we will do everything to assist you with delivery of your items; we cannot be held liable for theft, damage or errors caused by USPS or UPS. We offer extra insurance and Adult Signature options for products over $200.00 to protect your package from theft, damage or loss. Any damaged shipments should be reported to the carrier as there is a limited time for making a claim.
Out of stock/Backorders: We will notify you via email that your item is out of stock and an estimated date of your item arrival. You may cancel the order or wait for the item. Your payment will be refunded only if you cancel your item on backorder.
